Working with AI skills and agents

Everyone's using AI. Far fewer people are using it well. Most teams have bolted it onto an already overloaded workflow and called it productivity.

In this talk, I'll share how I use Dia, Rovo, and Cursor to make deliberate choices about where AI earns its place, and where it just creates more work. We'll look at the skill/agent distinction as a practical mental model, and walk through the workflows I've built to stay sharp without burning out. You'll leave with a cleaner sense of where to draw the line, and something concrete to try on Wednesday.
